and practices of Yoga.

yoga principles and techniques with a deep understanding of the Energy Body,
Ayurveda and Western Medicine.
Foundations and philosophy of Yoga Therapy and its sister science of Ayurveda.
Foundations in anatomy, physiology, psychology, neuroscience and human behavior as relevant to yoga therapy.
Assessing clients' needs integrating the Panchamaya Kosha model, Energy Model and Western allopathic model in order to formulate an appropriate Yoga therapy treatment plan.
Application of fundamental yoga tools and techniques in a therapeutic context, including physical movements and postures, conscious breathing, sound and chanting, visualization, meditation, self reflection, diet and life-style counseling.
Principles and skills for working with individuals and therapeutic groups.
Building relationships with health care providers, peers, mentors and professional organizations.
Mentored and supervised clinical experience.
